Backup and Reset
Settings
Reset Your System Settings
Reset your system settings back to their defaults.
Warning: This action returns your device to its factory
default settings. This will not affect your downloaded
apps, personal data, your security settings, language
settings, account settings, or your default application
settings.
1. From a Home screen, tap
Apps > Settings.
2. Tap Backup and reset > Reset settings.
3. Tap Reset settings and follow the prompts to
perform the reset.
