To delete a NOOK prole without deleting a user
account:
1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >
NOOK Settings.
2. Tap Prole.
3. Tap Delete prole, and then tap Delete to
conrm the removal.

The same content can be shared by multiple proles.
Each prole must download the content independently
to access it.
For example, if the Primary Prole owns a particular
NOOK Book and grants another prole access to it,
the book appears in the other prole’s Library with a
download icon, indicating that the book is available for
download. To read the book, the other prole simply
has to tap its cover to download it to the prole’s
storage area on your NOOK.
Annotations, such as notes and highlights, are specic
to a prole. If one prole makes notes and highlights in
a book, they are not visible to other proles reading the
same book.
Similarly, if two proles own the same book,
their reading positions in the book are tracked
independently. If one prole reads to page 17 and the
other prole reads to page 25, each prole is taken to
his or her most recently read page when the book is
reopened. The rst prole is returned to page 17; the
second prole to page 25.
