Set up an email account and prole
In addition to the email account predened by your service
provider, you can add your personal email accounts. Also,
you can add your own connection prole for using email
services.
Set up an email account
In Menu mode, select

Messages
→
Settings
→
Email
→
Email accounts.
For assistance with setting up your email account,
select Email setup wizard.
Select

Create.
Customise the settings for the account.

Option Function
Account name Enter a name for the account.
SMTP server
Enter the address of the SMTP
server (outgoing server).

Send a multimedia message
In Menu mode, select

Messages
→
Create message
→
Message.
Select the recipient input eld and select

You can enter a number or email address manually by
using the on-screen keypad.
Select the check boxes next to contacts and select

Add.
When you enter an email address, the phone will ask
if you want to send a multimedia message. Select OK
to conrm.

Tap to add text.
Enter your message text.

Add media and attach a le.
You can select a le from the le list or capture a photo,
video, or sound clip.

Send to send the message.
