This limitedwarranty beginson the original date of purchase,and isvalid only on productspurchased and used in the United States. To receive
warrantyservice,the purchasermustcontact SAMSUNGfor problem determinationand service procedures. Warranty servicecan only be
performedby a SAMSUNGauthorized servicecenter. Theoriginal dated bill of sale must bepresentedupon request as proof of purchase to
SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG'sauthorizedservicecenter. Transportationof the productto and fromthe servicecenter is the responsibilityof the
purchaser.
SAMSUNGwill repairor replacethis product,at ouroption and at no charge as stipulated herein,with new or reconditionedparts or productsif
found to be defectiveduring the limitedwarranty period specifiedabove. All replaced parts and products becomethe propertyof SAMSUNGand
must be returnedto SAMSUNG. Replacementparts and productsassume the remaining original warranty, or ninety(90)days, whicheveris
longer.
SAMSUNG'sobligations with respect to softwareproductsdistributedby SAMSUNG underthe SAMSUNG brandname areset forth in the
applicable end user license agreement. Non-SAMSUNGhardware andsoftware products,if provided,are on an "AS IS" basis. Non-SAMSUNG
manufacturers, suppliers,publishers,and service providersmayprovidetheir own warranties.
This limitedwarranty coversmanufacturingdefects in materials and workmanshipencountered in normal,and exceptto the extent otherwise
expressly providedfor inthis statement, noncommercialuse ofthis product,and shallnot applyto the following, including, but not limited to:
damage which occurs in shipment;delivery and installation;applicationsand uses for whichthis productwas not intended; alteredproductor
serial numbers;cosmetic damage or exteriorfinish; accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water, lightningor other actsof nature;useof products,
equipment, systems, utilities,services, parts, supplies,accessories, applications,installations,repairs,external wiring or connectorsnot supplied
and authorizedby SAMSUNG,or which damagethis product or result in serviceproblems; incorrect electrical line voltage,fluctuations andsurges;
customer adjustments and failureto follow operatinginstructions,cleaning, maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat arecovered and
prescribed in the instructionbook; productremoval or reinstallation; receptionproblems and distortion relatedto noise, echo, interferenceor other
signal transmissionand delivery problems. SAMSUNGdoes notwarrant uninterruptedor error-freeoperationof the product.

ON SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG SHALLNOT BE LIABLEFOR LOSSOF REVENUEOR PROFITS,FAILURETO REALIZESAVINGSOR OTHER
BENEFITS,OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESCAUSEDBY THE USE,MISUSE OR INABILITYTO
USETHIS PRODUCT,REGARDLESSOF THE LEGAL THEORYON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED,AND EVENIF SAMSUNGHAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITYOF SUCH DAMAGES. NOR SHALLRECOVERYOF ANY KINDAGAINST SAMSUNGBE GREATERIN
