TROUBLESHOOTING

the
problem
you are experiencing is

listed

if

not
help,
turn
off
the
product, disconnect
the
power
cord, and
con
tact
Samsung Electronics
at
1-800-SAMSUNG
(1-800-
726-7864).
Sound
bar
does
not
turn
on
.
Check
whethe
r t he power cord
of
the
Sound bar
is
correctly
inser
ted
into
t he
outlet.
Soundbarworks
erratically.
After
removing t he p
ower
cord,
insert
it
again.
Try again
after
initia
lizing
the
product.
If
t here is
no
signal, t he Sound bar
automatically
turns
off
after
a certain period
of
time.

Remote
control
does

on
metal
furniture,
the

may
drop out. Check
the
installation
environment

ditions
for
use.
Soundbarwill
not
connect
to
Wi-Fi.
Make sure t
he
wire
less rout
er
is
turned
on and
then
reconnect
the
wireles
s rout
er
after
rebooting.
Th
e sound bar
will
not
con
nect
if
t he
wi
reless
signal
is
too
weak. Try
moving
the
router
closer
to
the
sound bar,
or
elimi
n
ating
any
obstacles
that
are
between
the
sound bar and
the
router,
if
possible.
The
sound
bar
does
not turn
on
automatically with the
TV.
When you
turn
off
the
Soundbarwhile
watching
TV,
power
synchronizat ion

th
the
TV
is
disabled. First
turn
off
the
TV.
