Delete messages
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.
2.
Tap Verizon folder > Message+.
3. Tap a conversation to display it.
4. Touch and hold the message you want to delete,
and then tap Delete messages on the pop-up
menu. Follow the prompts to confirm the
deletion.
Delete conversations
You can delete all messages that you've exchanged
with another person.
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.
2.
Tap Verizon folder > Message+.
3. Touch and hold a conversation you want to
delete and tap Delete Conversation. Follow the
prompts to confirm the deletion.
Note: Locked messages will not be deleted unless you
select Also delete locked messages before confirming
the deletion.
