3) Defective motor operation
Description : Main motor is not driving when printing, and paper does not feed into the printer,
resulting ‘Jam 0’.
1. Motor harness may be defective.
2. Check the motor operation.
Check the motor harness, replace
it, if defective.
Replace the Motor or Drive unit,
if necessary.
