1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.Iftheerrorpersists,checkthefollowing.
2)Openthesidecover.Checkifthereareanyforeignsubstancesorpaperaroundfuserunit.
3)Removetherearcover.
4)Checktheconnectionbetweenthemotorandmainboard.
5)IftheconnectionisOK,enterSVCmode.Executethemotortest.
(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines)
a)Ifthemotorisnotoperational,
i)Checkthemotorsignal(3.3V).Ifthesignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard.
ii)Checkthepower(24V).Ifthepowerisabnormal,checktheSMPSboard.IftheSMPSboardisdefective,
replaceit.
iii)Ifthemotorsignalandpowerisnormal,replacetheFuser/Exitmotor.
b)Ifthemotorisoperational,replacethemainboard.
