1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.Iftheerrorpersists,checkthefollowing.

2)Removethedrumunit.Checkifthereareanyforeignsubstancesindrumunit.

3)Removetherearcover.

4)ChecktheconnectionbetweentheOPCmotorandmainboard.

5)IftheconnectionisOK,enterSVCmode.Executethemotortest.

a)Ifthemotorisnotoperational,

i)Checkthemotorsignal(3.3V).Ifthesignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard.

ii)Checkthepower(24V).Ifthepowerisabnormal,checktheSMPSboard.IftheSMPSboardisdefective,

replaceit.

iii)Ifthemotorsignalandpowerisnormal,replacetheOPCmotor.

b)Ifthemotorisoperational,replacethemainboard.
