1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.Iftheerrorpersists,checkthefollowingsteps.

2)EntertheSVCmode.Selectthetonersupplymotortest.

(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines)

a)Ifthemotorisnotoperational,

i)Checkthepower(24V).Ifthepowerisabnormal,checktheSMPSboard.IftheSMPSboardisdefective,

replaceit.

ii)IftheSMPSboardisnormal,replacethemainboard.

iii)Iftheerrorpersistsafterreplacingthemainboard,replacethetonersupplymotor.

b)Ifthemotorisoperational,

i)Checkthetonercartridgeremains.Ifnecessary,replacethetonercartridge.

ii)Ifthetonercartridgeremainsisenough,replacethedrumunit.
