2)Removethewastetonercontainer.
3)Openthesidecover.
4)Removethedrumunitafterloosing1screw.
5)Ifthereisthecontaminationorforeignsubstanceofthecontactplateindrumunit,cleanit.
6)Checkifbothscrewsofthechargerollertighten.
7)Ifthereisnoproblem,replacethedrumunit.
8)Iftheproblem,persists,replacetheHVPSboard.
