2)Removetray3.Removethejammedpaper.ClosetheDCFTakeAway-Coverandinserttray3.
3)Ifthisjamerroroccursfrequently,checktherollersbelow.
a)Removethetray3andtray4.
b)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersareassembledcorrectly.
c)Ifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersarewornoutorcontaminated,replacethedefectiveroller.
4)Ifpickup/reverse/forwardrollershavenoproblem,checkthefollowing.
a)RemovetheDCFpickupunit1.Checkiftheprefeedsensorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
b)CheckifthesensorcableonDCFPBAisconnectedcorrectly.
c)IftheconnectionisOK,replacetheprefeedsensor(0604-001490).
d)InstalltheDCFpickupunit1.
5)Iftheproblempersistsaftercheckingstep3~4,checkthefollowing:
a)RemovetheDCFpickupunit1.Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.
b)Whenpushingthepickuplever,checkifthepickuprollersaredown.
c)ReplacetheDCFpickupunit1(JC93-01087A)ordefectivepart.
