2)Removetray4.Removethejammedpaper.ClosetheDCFTakeAway-Coverandinserttray4.
3)Ifthisjamerroroccursfrequently,checktherollersbelow.
a)Removetray3andtray4.
b)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersareassembledcorrectly.
c)Ifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersarewornoutorcontaminated,replacethedefectiveroller.
4)Ifpickup/reverse/forwardrollershavenoproblem,checkthefollowing.
a)RemovetheDCFpickupunit2.Checkifthefeedsensorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
b)CheckifthesensorcableonDCFPBAisconnectedcorrectly.
c)IftheconnectionisOK,replacetheprefeedsensor(0604-001490).
d)InstalltheDCFpickupunit2.
5)Iftheproblempersistsaftercheckingstep3~4,checkthefollowing:
a)RemovetheDCFpickupunit2.Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.
b)Whenpushingthepickuplever,checkifthepickuprollersaredown.
c)ReplacetheDCFpickupunit2(JC93-00513A)ordefectivepart.
6)ChecktheDCFfeedmotor.
a)CheckiftheDCFfeedmotorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
b)IftheconnectionisOK,replacetheDCFfeeddriveunit(JC93-01 135A).
