1)OpentheHCFTakeAway-Cover.Removethejammedpaper.
2)RemoveHCFtray.Removethejammedpaper.ClosetheHCFTakeAway-CoverandinsertHCFtray.
3)Ifthisjamerroroccursfrequently,checktherollersbelow.
a)RemovetheHCFtray.
b)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersareassembledcorrectly.
c)Ifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersarewornoutorcontaminated,replacethedefectiveroller.
4)Ifpickup/reverse/forwardrollershavenoproblem,checkthefollowing.
a)RemovetheHCFpickupunit.Checkiftheprefeedsensorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
b)CheckifthesensorcableonHCFPBAisconnectedcorrectly.
c)IftheconnectionisOK,replacetheprefeedsensor(0604-001490).
d)InstalltheHCFpickupunit.
5)Iftheproblempersistsaftercheckingstep3~4,checkthefollowing:
a)RemovetheHCFpickupunit.Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.
b)Whenpushingthepickuplever,checkifthepickuprollersaredown.
c)ReplacetheHCFpickupunit(JC93-01 139A)ordefectivepart.
6)ChecktheHCFfeedmotor.
a)CheckiftheHCFfeedmotorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
