1)Openthesidecoverandcheckifaforeignsubstanceorpaperisjammedinsidethemachine.
2)Removetray2andremovethejammedpaper.
3)Ifthisjamerroroccursfrequently,checktherollersofthepickupunit2.
a)Removetray1andtray2.
b)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersareassembledcorrectly.
c)Ifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollersarewornoutorcontaminated,replacethedefectiveroller.
4)Iftheproblempersists,checkthepick-upunit2.
