CAUTION
BeforeunpluggingtheLSUharness,themachinemustbeturnedoffandpowercordmustberemoved.
1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.CheckfortheLSUmotoroperationsoundduringwarm-up.
2)Printademopagetocheckthatthemachineoperatesnormally.
3)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowing:
a)IftheLSUmotormakesasound,
i)EnterSVCmodetochecktheLSUmotorreadysignal.
(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines)
ii)Select“LSUMotor1RunReady”.
iii)Press‘Start’button.Checkthatthestatushaschangedto‘Executing->Low->High’.
iv)Ifthestatushasnotchanged,themotorreadysignalisabnormal.ReplacetheLSU.
b)IftheLSUmotordoesnotmakesasound,
i)Turnthemachineoffandopenthesidecover.UnplugandreconnecttheLSUcable.CheckthattheLSU
motormakeasoundafterturningthemachineon.
ii)Turnthemachineoffandremovetherearcover.UnplugandreconnecttheLSUcableonmainboard.
CheckthattheLSUmotormakeasoundafterturningthemachineon.
iii)IftheLSUcableisdefective,replaceit.CheckthattheLSUmotormakeasoundafterturningthe
machineon.
iv)Iftheproblempersists,replacetheLSU.
