b)Entertheservicemode.
c)Selectthemenubelow.

Checkthetwofeedrollersoperatingstatus.
d)Ifthefeedrollerscannotrotate,opentherearcoverandcheckthemotorandgears.
2)Checktheconnectionbetweenthemainboardandfeedmotor.
3)Iftheproblempersists,replacethemainboard.

EnvelopeiswrinkledwhenprintingfromMPtray.
