Whenthemainswitchturnson,theCPUturnsonthefusinglamp.ThelampstaysonuntiltheNCsensorsdetectthestandby
temperature.ThentheCPUraisesthetemperatureuptotheprintingtemperature.
■OverheatProtection
TheCPUcutspowertothefusinglampinthefollowingcases:
•ThebelttemperaturedetectedbytheNCsensorskeepshigherthan220°Cfor20sec.
•ThebelttemperaturedetectedbytheNCsensorskeepshigherthan230°Cfor3sec.
•TherelayoffworkswhenbelttemperaturedetectedbytheNCsensorsishigherthan230°C
Thefollowingcomponentsareusedwhenthermistoroverheatprotectionfails:
•Twothermostatsgetintolinewiththecommongroundwireofthefusinglamp.
•Ifoneofthethermostattemperaturesbecomeshigherthan195°C,itopensandcutspowertothefusinglamp.Ifthe
otherthermostattemperaturebecomeshigherthan195°C,italsoopensandcutspowertothefusinglamp.
