•Cause:

-TherearsideofDSDFisnotclosedfullyduetohighforceofhingespring.

So,APSsensorcan’tdetectoriginalpapersize.

•Troubleshooting

ItisneedtoexchangetheHingeAssemblywithimprovedone.

-ImprovedhingeappliedformassproductionfromOct.2014

-Hinge-leftandHinge-righthavetobereplacedtogether.

-Afterexchangedthenewhinge,itisneedtocheckthescanmargin.

-Ifscanmarginneedtoadjust,pleasemakeprogressautoadjustmentjobforscanmarginandshadingtestalso

needtoconduct.

1)Remove8screws.Then,disassembletheoldhingeassemblyfromtheDSDFunit.

2)Exchangethehingeassemblywithnewimprovedhinge.
