1)Removethetray2.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthetray2.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers.
5)Checkthetray2pickupunit.
•Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.Whenthepaperorsomethingputsonsensor,check
thesensoroutput.Checkifthevalueischangedto3.3Vwidth.Ifnot,replacethesensor.
•Ifthereisadefectivepartlikeaactuator,springetc.,replaceitorthetray2pickupunit.
