►Troubleshootingmethod
1)Removethe1stHCFcassette.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthe1stHCFcassette.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthecassette.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers.
5)Checkthe1stHCFpickupunit.
•Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.Whenthepaperorsomethingputsonsensor,check
thesensoroutput.Checkifthevalueischangedto3.3Vwidth.Ifnot,replacethesensor.
•Ifthereisadefectivepartlikeaactuator,springetc.,replaceitorthe1stHCFpickupunit.
6)Checkthe1stHCFpickupmotor.
•Checkifthe1stHCFpickupmotorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
•IftheconnectionisOK,replacethe1stHCFpickupdriveunit.
