1)Removethetray3.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthetray3.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers.
5)Checkthetray3pickupunit.
•Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.Whenthepaperorsomethingputsonsensor,check
thesensoroutput.Checkifthevalueischangedto3.3Vwidth.Ifnot,replacethesensor.
•Ifthereisadefectivepartlikeaactuator,springetc.,replaceitorthetray3pickupunit.
6)Checkthetray3pickupmotor.
•Checkifthetray3pickupmotorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
