1)Removethetray4.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthetray4.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers.
5)Checkthetray4pickupunit.
•Checkifthesensorandactuatorareassembledcorrectly.Whenthepaperorsomethingputsonsensor,check
thesensoroutput.Checkifthevalueischangedto3.3Vwidth.Ifnot,replacethesensor.
•Ifthereisadefectivepartlikeaactuator,springetc.,replaceitorthetray4pickupunit.
6)Checkthetray4pickupmotor.
•Checkifthetray4pickupmotorcableisconnectedcorrectly.
•IftheconnectionisOK,replacethetray4pickupdriveunit.
