•OPCDrum=76mm
•ChargeRoller=34.5mm
•DevelopingRoller=37mm
Replacethelasertonercartridgeorimagingunit.
4)BlackandWhitespot
Description:Darkorblurryblackspotsoccurperiodicallyintheprinting.
CheckandcauseSolution
Ifdarkorblurryblackspotsoccurperiodically,therollersin
theImagingunitmaybecontaminatedwithforeignmatte
orpaperparticles.
•OPCDrum=76mm
•ChargeRoller=34.5mm
•DevelopingRoller=37mm
CleaneachvoltageterminaloftheCharge,Developing
rollerandTransferroller.(removethetonerparticlesand
paperparticles)
Iffadedareasorvoidsoccurinablackimageatintervalsof
76mm,theOPCdrumsurfaceisdamaged.
Replacethelasertonercartridgeorimagingunit.
Ifablackimageispartiallybroken,thetransfervoltageis
abnormalorthetransferroller’slifehasexpired.
•Ifthetransferroller’slifeisexpired,replaceit.
•Cleantheinsideofthesetagainstthepaperparticles
andforeignmatterinordernottocausethetrouble.
