ThecolorofthestatusLEDindicatesthemachine'scurrentstatus.
LEDStatusDescription
OffThemachineisoff-line.
BlinkingWhenthebacklightblinks,themachineisreceivingorprintingdata.
Blue
OnThemachineison-lineandcanbeused.
Blinking
•Aminorerrorhasoccurredandthemachineiswaitingfortheerrorto
becleared.Checkthedisplaymessage.Whentheproblemiscleared,
themachineresumes.
•Smallamountoftonerisleftinthecartridge.Theestimatedcartridge
lifeoftonerisclose.Prepareanewcartridgeforreplacement.Youmay
temporarilyincreasetheprintingqualitybyredistributingthetoner.

•Atonercartridgehasalmostreacheditsestimatedcartridgelife.Itis
recommendedtoreplacethetonercartridge.
•Thecoverisopened.Closethecover.
