►Troubleshootingmethod
•A1–1112:Mainmotorisnotoperatedforprint-job.
•A1–1113:Mainmotorisoperatingbutmachinerecognizesstatusas"Stopped".
1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.Iftheerrorpersists,checkthefollowing.
2)Removethesidecover.
3)Checktheconnectionbetweenthemainmotorandmainboard.
4)IftheconnectionisOK,enterSVCmode.Executethemotortest.
(Diagnostics>EngineDiagnostics>EngineTestRoutines)
a)Ifthemotorisnotoperational,
i)Checkthemotorsignal(3.3V).Ifthesignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard.
ii)Checkthepower(24V).Ifthepowerisabnormal,checktheSMPSboard.IftheSMPSboardisdefective,
replaceit.
iii)Ifthemotorsignalandpowerisnormal,replacethemainmotorormaindriveunit.
b)Ifthemotorisoperational,replacethemainboard.
