This limitedwarrantybeginson the originaldate of purchase,and is valid only on products purchasedand used in the United
States. To receivewarrantyservice,the purchaser must contactSAMSUNGfor problemdeterminationand service procedures.
Warrantyservice canonly be performedby a SAMSUNGauthorized service center. The original datedbill of salemust be
presentedupon requestas proofof purchaseto SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG'sauthorized servicecenter.
SAMSUNG will repairor replaceany partfound to be defective,atour optionand at no charge as stipulatedherein,with newor
reconditionedpartsduring the limited warrantyperiodspecified above. All replaced parts and productsbecomethe propertyof
SAMSUNGand must be returnedto SAMSUNG. Replacementparts and products assumethe remainingoriginalwarranty,or
ninety (90)days, whicheveris longer.
In-homeservice will be providedduringthewarrantylabor period subjectto availabilitywithin the contiguousUnited States.In-
home serviceis not available in all areas. To receivein-home service,the product must be unobstructedand accessible from floor
level toservice personnel. If during in-homeservice repair cannotbe completed,it may be necessary to remove,repair and return
the product. If in-homeserviceis unavailable,SAMSUNG mayelect, at ouroption, toprovide for transportationof our choiceto
and froma SAMSUNG authorized servicecenter. Otherwise,transportationto and from the SAMSUNG authorizedservice center
isthe responsibilityof the purchaser.
This limitedwarrantycoversmanufacturingdefectsin materialsand workmanshipencounteredin normal, noncommercialuseof
this product,and shall not apply to thefollowing, including,but not limitedto: damagewhich occurs in shipment;delivery and
installation;applicationsand uses for which this productwas not intended;altered productor serialnumbers; cosmetic damageor
exteriorfinish;accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water,lightningor other actsof nature;use of products,equipment,systems, utilities,
services,parts, supplies,accessories,applications,installations,repairs,external plumbing and leaks,external wiring, circuit
breakers,fuses or connectorsnot suppliedand authorized by SAMSUNG, or whichdamage this product or resultin service
problems;incorrectelectricalline voltage,fluctuationsand surges;customeradjustmentsand failuretofollow operating instructions,
cleaning,maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are covered and prescribed inthe instructionbook; loss of food due to
spoilage;consumable items includingfiltersand light bulbs.
THEREARE NO EXPRESSWARRANTIES OTHERTHAN THOSE LISTEDAND DESCRIBEDABOVE,AND NO WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSOR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITEDTO, ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITYOR FITNESS FORA PARTICULARPURPOSE,SHALLAPPLYAFTER THE EXPRESSWARRANTY
PERIODSSTATEDABOVE,AND NOOTHER EXPRESSWARRANTYOR GUARANTY GIVEN BYANY PERSON, FIRM OR
CORPORATIONWITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE BINDING ON SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG SHALLNOT BE
LIABLE FOR LOSSOF REVENUEOR PROFITS,FAILURETO REALIZESAVINGS OR OTHER BENEFITS,OR ANY OTHER
SPECIAL,INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESCAUSED BY THE USE,MISUSEOR INABILITYTO USETHIS
PRODUCT,REGARDLESS OF THE LEGALTHEORY ONWHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED,AND EVEN IF SAMSUNG HAS BEEN
ADVISEDOF THE POSSIBILITYOF SUCH DAMAGES. NOR SHALL RECOVERYOF ANY KINDAGAINST SAMSUNG BE
