This limitedwarranty begins on the originaldate of purchase,and is valid only on productspurchasedand used in the United
States. To receivewarrantyservice, the purchaser must contactSAMSUNG for problemdeterminationand service procedures.
Warrantyservice can only be performedby a SAMSUNGauthorized service center. The originaldated billof sale must be
presentedupon requestas proofof purchaseto SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG'sauthorizedservice center.
SAMSUNGwill repairor replaceany partfound to be defective,at our option and at no chargeas stipulated herein,with newor
reconditionedparts during the limitedwarrantyperiod specifiedabove. All replacedparts and productsbecome the property of
SAMSUNG and must be returnedto SAMSUNG Replacementparts and products assumethe remainingoriginal warranty,or
ninety (90)days, whicheverislonger.
In-homeservice will be provided during thewarrantylabor period subjectto availabilitywithin the contiguous UnitedStates.In-
homeservice is not availableinall areas. To receivein-homeservice, the product must be unobstructedand accessiblefrom floor
levelto service personnel. If during in-homeservice repaircannot be completed,it may be necessaryto remove,repair and return
the product. If in-homeservice is unavailable,SAMSUNG mayelect, at our option, toprovidefor transportationof our choice to
and from a SAMSUNG authorized servicecenter. Otherwise,transportationto and from the SAMSUNG authorizedservice center
isthe responsibilityof the purchaser.
This limitedwarrantycovers manufacturingdefectsin materialsand workmanship encounteredin normal, noncommercialuse of
this product,and shall notapply to thefollowing, including,but not limitedto: damagewhich occurs in shipment;deliveryand
installation;applicationsand usesfor which this product was not intended;altered productor serial numbers;cosmetic damageor
exteriorfinish;accidents,abuse,neglect,fire, water,lightningor other acts of nature;use ofproducts,equipment, systems, utilities,
services, parts,supplies,accessories, applications,installations,repairs,external plumbing and leaks,external wiring,circuit
breakers,fuses or connectorsnot suppliedand authorized by SAMSUNG, orwhich damage this productor resultin service
problems;incorrectelectricalline voltage,fluctuations and surges;customeradjustmentsand failureto follow operatinginstructions,
cleaning,maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are covered and prescribedin the instructionbook; loss offooddue to
spoilage;consumable itemsincludingfilters and light bulbs.
THEREARE NO EXPRESSWARRANTIESOTHERTHANTHOSE LISTEDAND DESCRIBEDABOVE,AND NOWARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSOR IMPLIED,INCLUDING,BUT NOTLIMITEDTO,ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF

LIABLE FORLOSS OF REVENUEOR PROFITS,FAILURETO REALIZE SAVINGSOR OTHER BENEFITS,OR ANY OTHER
SPECIAL,INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESCAUSED BY THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITYTO USE THIS
