What should I do if
the freezer door does
not close properly?
Check the following:
• Push the water dispenser lever to check the water supply.
• Push the ice dispenser lever to check the operation of the
auger motor in the ice maker assembly.
• Check if there are any objects that obstruct the auger motor
from running. If found, remove the objects and clear the
motor area.
• If the ice maker has not been used for an extended time, the
icemaker bucket may contain ice chunk that obstructs the
auger motor from running properly. In this case, remove and
empty the icemaker bucket, and try dispensing ice.
