Digital Still Camera Mode : Advanced Techniques
Rotating a Stored Image

The Image Rotating function works only in the (Play) mode.
✤
This function works only for still images recorded onto the memory card.
✤
You can rotate a stored image while viewing it.
1. Set the Power switch to (CAMERA).
2. Set the Mode Dial to (Play).

A stored image is displayed.
3. Move the Joystick to the left or right to locate the image you wish to rotate.
4. Press the MENU button.
5. Move the Joystick to the left or right to select (ROTATE).
■
The available options are listed.
RIGHT(90°) - LEFT(90°) - UPDOWN(180°).
6. Select the desired option by moving the Joystick up or down, then press the Joystick(OK).

The selected option is applied.
[ Notes ]
■
RIGHT(90°) rotates the image in a clockwise direction.
■
LEFT(90°) rotates the image in a counterclockwise direction.
■
Rotated image display will have blank margins on the sides.
■
Rotating the image for display does not affect the stored image quality.
Actual images are not rotated to protect the image quality.
