3.4.2 CIS unit
1. Remove the OPE unit. (Refer to 3.4.1)
2. Remove 2 screws.
3. Lift up and release the scan glass.
4. Unplug the at cable from the left.
5. Release the hook from the right.
6. Release the CIS unit.
