● Symptom / Cause :
1. Toner motor is broken.
2. The relative connector is disconnected.
3. Deve joint board and main board are defective.
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Specially when toner cartridge is initial install time

2. Enter the diagnostic mode. Select the test routine.
