Counterbutton
WhenyoupresstheCounterbuttononthecontrolpanel,Youcanseethenumberofimpressions.Whenyouselect
Device,youcanseethenumberofimpressionsbydevice.Animpressiontypicallyreferstoasinglesideofasheet
andnotaone-sidedprint.
•TotalUsage:Displaysthetotalnumberofimpressions.
•SendUsage:Displaysthenumberofimagessentviaemail,server,etc.
•FaxSendUsage(PSTN):Displaysthenumberofsentfaxes.
WhenyouselectUser,youcanseethenumberofusage,limit,andremainingusagebyeachuser.
Ecobutton
Theecofeatureallowsyoutosaveprintresourcesandleadsyoutoeco-friendlyprinting.WhenyoupresstheEcobutton,
themachineturnsecomodeonoroff.Iftheecomodeison,youcanseetheecoimageonsomefeatures.Someoptions
inthefeaturesarenotavailabletouseintheecomode.

•Ifthemachinerequestsapasswordforecomode,youneedtoenterthepassword.
•TheEcobuttonisactivatedonlyforCopy,QuickCopymenus.

OffThemachineisnotinEcomode.
GreenOnThemachineisinEcomode.
JobStatusbutton
WhenyoupresstheJobStatusbutton,thescreenliststhecurrentlyrunning,queued,andcompletedjobs.
Interruptbutton
WhenyoupresstheInterruptbutton,themachinegoesintointerruptmode,whichmeansitstopsthecurrentprintingjobfor
anurgentcopyjob.Whentheurgentcopyjobiscompleted,thepreviousprintingjobcontinues.
StatusDescription
OffThemachineisnotininterruptprintingmode.
GreenOnThemachineisininterruptprintingmode.
