emailaddresssethere.Thisfeatureisalsoavailablefromthemachine.
-FeatureManagement:Youcanenable/disablenetworkfeatures.Checkthefeaturesyouwanttoenableand
clickApply.
-InformationHiding:Youcanenable/disablenetworkfeatures.Checkthefeaturesyouwanttoenableand
clickApply.
-RestartDevice:Y oucanrebootyourmachine.ClicktheRestartNowbuttontoreboot.

-Authentication(Activatingaccesscontrol):Youcanchoosetheauthenticationmethodforuserauthentication.
SelectamodeandclickontheOptionsbutton.
-Authorization(Givingrights):Y oucangivepermissionstoausertoonlyusecertainfeaturesofthemachine.
-AuthorityManagement:Y oucangivedifferentrightstodifferentusers.Forexample,youcanallowuserAto
useallthemachine’sfunctionswhilegivinguserBonlytherighttoprint.
-Accounting:Youcanmanageaccounts.
-Userprole:Youcanstoreuserinformationonthemachine’sharddrive.Youcanusethisfeaturetomanagethe
usersusingthemachine.Y oucanalsogrouptheusersandmanagethemasagroup.Y oucanaddupto1,000
entries.UseridentiedbyuserIDandpasswordareallowedtomodifytheirpassword.Theyareallowedtoview
alloftheirproleinformation.Whenitcomestotherole,usersareallowedtoseeonlytheroletheybelongto
butnotitspermissions.
•SystemLog:Youcankeeplogsofeventsthathavehappenedinthemachine.Theadministratorcanrecordandmanage
themachineusageinformationbykeepingthesystemlogles.Thesystemloglesarestoredonthemachine’s
HDD(harddiskdrive),andwhenitisfull,itwilleraseolddata.Exportandsavetheimportantauditdataseparately
usingtheexportingfeature.
-Logconguration:Youcanenableordisablekeepinglogs.Youcanalsobackuploglesbyperiodsand
transfertoarepositoryserver.
-LogViewer:Youcanview,delete,andsearchlogles.
