a)Checkifthepaperemptysensoriscontaminated.Ifso,cleanit.

b)Ifthepaperemptysensorisdefective,replaceit.

c)Iftheemptyactuatorisdefective,replaceit.

Error:#H1-1253/TrayFailure:#H1-1253.Pulltray2outandinsertit.Callforserviceiftheproblempersists

Thepaperisnotfedfromtray2.

►Troubleshootingmethod

1)Checkifthecassettedetectionsensorcableisconnectedcorrectly.Unplugandreconnectit.

2)IftheconnectionisOK,replacethecassettedetectionsensor.

3)CheckiftheLift-Motorconnectorisconnectedproperly.

4)Iftheproblempersists,replacetheLift-Motor.
