1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.
2)Openthefrontcover.
3)Removethetonercartridge.
Thoroughlyrollthecartridgethreeorfourtimestodistributethetonerevenlyinsidethecartridge.Andreinstall
thetonercartridge.
4)Trytoprintoutthesamplepagemorethan20pages.
5)Checkthetonercartridge.
•Checkifthetonercartridgeisinstalledcorrectly.
•Checkifthetonersealisremovedperfectly.
•Checkifthetonersupplyshutterbetweenthetonercartridgeandtheimagingunitworksnormally.
6)Replacethetonercartridge.Printoutthesamplepage.
7)Checkthetonersupplymotoroperation.
•CheckthesignalandpowerwiththeDVM.
•Ifthecheckedresultisnormal,replacetheDCmotor(JC31-00078A)orthemaindriveunit(JC93–00923A).
