1)RemovethejammedpaperfromtheMPtray.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)CheckiftheMPpickuprolleriscontaminatedorwornout.ReplacetheMPpickuprollerAssy.
5)ChecktheMPpickupclutchconnection.IftheMPpickupclutchisdefective,replaceit.
6)Checkifthemain(feed/fuser)motorconnectorisconnectedcorrectly.
7)IftheconnectionisOK,enterSVCmode.Selectthemain(feed/fuser)motortest.

Checkthemotoroperation.
a)Ifthemain(feed/fuser)motorisnotoperational,
•CheckthesignalandpowerwiththeDVM.
•Ifthecheckedresultisnormal,replacethemain(feed/fuser)motor(JC31–00144B).
•Ifthecheckedresultisabnormal,checkthefollowing.
-If24Vpowerisnotgenerated,replacetheSMPSboard(JC44-00092C(220V)/JC44-00091C(110V)).
-Ifthecontrolsignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard(JC92–02722A).
