To enable the 'Qualcomm' USB Settings' in the *#7284# menu please
do the following
1.
Download phoneutils.apk
2. Unpack phoneutil.zip and transfer phoneutil.apk to your phone
3. Go to 'My Files' on your phone find the 'phoneutil.apk' and
install it
9. Select option -> DM + Modem + ADB and press OK
