Adding restricted profiles (SM-T590, SM-T597)

On the Settings screen, tap Accounts and backup
→
Users .

Tap Add user or profile
→
User (restricted profile) .
If you are not using a secure screen lock method with the administrator account, follow
the on-screen instructions to set one up.

Select the apps and content that restricted users are allowed to access.

Tap the user account icon at the top of the locked screen and select an account to switch to.

SM-T595: When using the administrator account, you can delete accounts or change
account settings.
To delete a user account, tap
next to the account and then tap Delete user .
To change an account’s settings, tap
next to an account.

SM-T590, SM-T597: When using the administrator account, you can delete accounts or
change the settings for restricted accounts.
