• Adjust the angle so that light is not reflected on the
screen.
• Place your arms perpendicular to your sides and
allow your arms to be level with the back of the
hand.
• Keep your elbow at 90 degrees.
• Keep your knees at greater than 90 degrees, and
keep your heels firmly on the floor. Keep your arms
lower than your heart.
