If OK replace Main Board.3.
All 9 A13V supplies to full voltage level 12.7VDC.
If any wrong voltage, remove the SMPS connector to Main Board.4.
A13V again for 12.7VDC. 9
If OK replace Main Board.5.
If still wrong voltage replace SMPS.6.
OD 9 (Over Voltage Detect) : 3.3Vdc (Operating Normal)
If 0V or changing, an SMPS or Panel error exists.7.
Perform Backlight Test.8.
Backlight On/Off 9 0V Off to 5Vdc ON.
If missing/error replace 9 Main Board.
