UC7000 PD BOARD DIAGNOSIS
General PD board Diagnosis1.
Disconnect the wire between PD board and Main board.
Short Circuit 16pin and 18pin of CNM801 ▶ If the BLU on , we can consider PD board is acting correctly.

Measure voltage at C9117 or C9114 which are criteria for judgement
Measure voltage at C9217 or C9214 which are criteria for judgement

Judgement PD board is in out of order or bottom
LED bars of the panel are short circuit.
PD board is acting
normally.
Bottom LED bar wire is
down.
Voltage at the C9214 or C9217 150~170V 179~256V 340~380V
Judgement PD board is in out of order or top LED
bars of the panel are short circuit.
PD board is acting
normally.
Top LED bar wire is
down.
