WARNING: Formatting will erase ALL data stored in the player!
Remember to backup your important data before proceeding.
To reformat the Sansa player directly, follow these steps:
1. Select Settings from the Main Menu
• For the Sansa View Player, select More from the Main Menu then select
Settings / Options Æ System Settings
2. Scroll down to Format and select it
3. Select Yes to confirm or No to cancel
To reformat the Sansa player using Windows Explorer, follow these steps:
1. Connect the Sansa player to your computer
2. Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial connection
3. Right-click on Internal Memory
4. Select Format…
5. Click Yes to start format or No to cancel
