The cream's stability might be affected by several factors. First, ensure the cream wasn't frozen or too warm; use fresh cream at about +6°C. Also, the air regulation may be blocked; disassemble the valve and clean it. If the cream settles after some time, stir it well before use. If the air regulation is glued with cream, thoroughly clean the air regulation and carry out a complete disinfection cleaning. Finally, the issue might be the cream itself; try another brand with at least 32% fat content.
