Unpack and inspect all parts to ensure they are present and in good condition.

Lay cabinet down, attach casters to bottom corners using machine screws.

Slide gasket, push draft arm through cabinet top, and secure with hex head screws.

Position guard rail on cabinet top and fasten securely with small screws.

Install on a level floor away from heat/moisture. Connect to a grounded AC outlet.

Set control to NORMAL, wait 24 hours, then adjust for desired temperature.

Defrost when ½ inch frost builds up. Set control to OFF, leave door open.

Handle CO2 cylinders with care. Read safety precautions before installation.

Handle cylinders by trained personnel. Charge only with dry CO2 per C.G.A. guidelines.

Ensure regulator shutoff valve is closed. Connect pressure tube securely.

Use Sankey type tapper. Connect beer tube. Ensure faucet/tapper are closed before tapping.

Position keg supports, place keg, open regulator valve. Release air from draft arm.

Place drip tray, open beer faucet quickly. Recommended CO2 pressure is 8-10 lbs.

Periodically clean beer system using provided kit for good-tasting beer.

Clean interior/exterior with baking soda or mild soap solution. Avoid harsh cleansers.

Apply appliance wax/polish regularly to protect the finish and seal against moisture.

Close shutoff valve, remove tapper. Follow specific procedures to tap a new keg.
