1. Use [
] to select “Setup” in the Home Menu, then press [OK].
2. Use [
] to select “ ”, then press [OK].
3. Use [
] to select “Security”, then press [OK].
4. Use [
] to select “Parental Control”, then press [OK].
5. Enter your 4-digit Password.
• The default value is “0000”.
• If you have not changed the Password, change it. (refer to page 51)
• Use [
] to enter the first digit of your Password, then press [ ].
• When 4-digit numbers are entered, press [OK].
6. Use [
] to select your desired Level, then press [OK].
7. Press [HOME] to Exit.

Parental Control is inactive; all discs can be played back.
1 [Kid Safe]
Suitable for children.
2 [G]
General Audience.
3 [PG]
Parental Guidance suggested.
4 [PG-13]
Unsuitable for children under 13.
5 [PGR]
Parental Guidance Recommended.
6 [R]
Restricted; under 17.
7 [NC-17]
No one under 17.
8 [Adult]
BD/DVD software of any Level (adult / general / children) can be played back.
To temporarily disable Parental Lock:
Some discs allow you to temporarily disable Parental Lock. When you try to play them back, the Password
entry screen will be displayed.
Follow the Instructions which appears on the TV screen to disable Parental Lock.
