HOW TO REMOVE THE CABINET AND CHASSIS
1) How to remove the cabinet
a) Unscrew four bind head tapping screws (4 x 10mm)
used to fasten the cabinet. |
b) The cabinet can be removed if its laterals are lifted up in
parallel.
2) How to detach the bottom lid
a) Unscrew three pan head tapping screws (3 x 10mm)
used to fasten the bottom lid with the front panel, and
furthermore unscrew two pan head tapping screws (3 x
10mm) used to fasten the bottom lid with the mechanism.
b) Unscrew two pan head tapping screws (3 x 8mm) used to
fix the power transformer.

c) Detach three fixers used to shape lead wires from the —
bottom lid.
d) As two brackets (8) used to fix the amplifier substrate
(printed circuit board) with the bottom lid, it can be
removed.
3) How to remove the mechanism
a) Unscrew two pan head tapping screws (3 x 10mm) used
to fasten the bottom lid with the mechanism and two pan
head tapping screws (3 x 10mm) used to fasten the front
panel with the mechanism.
b) As the spring coil (24) which connects the mechanism
with the R/P switch is detached, the mechanism can be
removed.
