Viewing the Event List
To View your Event list:
1. Press MENU/OK to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools and press MENU/OK.
3. Select Calendar and press MENU/OK.
4. Using the navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like to view events and
press MENU/OK. (If you have events scheduled for the selected day, they will be listed
in chronological order.)
Going to a Specified Date
To use the Calendar menu to get to a specified date:
1. Select MENU/OK to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools and press MENU/OK.
3. Select Calendar and press MENU/OK.
4. Press Options (right softkey) and select Go to Date.
5. Enter the date you wish to go to using the navigation key and/or the keypad
and press MENU/OK.
Purging Events
To delete events scheduled before a specific time and date:
1. Select MENU/OK to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools and press MENU/OK.
3. Select Calendar and press MENU/OK.
4. Press Options (right softkey) and select Erase Memory.
5. Select Erase Old, and then select Yes. (An alert will be displayed asking you to confirm the
deletion.)
6. Select Yes (left softkey) to erase all events; select No (right softkey) to cancel.
Purging All Events
To delete all scheduled events:
1. Select MENU/OK to access the main menu.
2. Select Tools and press MENU/OK.
3. Select Calendar and press MENU/OK.
4. Press Options (right softkey) and select Erase Memory.
5. Select Erase All, and then select Yes. (An alert will be displayed asking you to confirm the
deletion.)
6. Select Yes (left softkey) to erase all events; select No (right softkey) to cancel.
