Using the Battery
Battery Capacity
Your Sprint PCS Phone is equipped with a Lithium Ion
(LiIon) battery. It allows you to recharge your battery
before it is fully drained. The battery provides
approximately 2.25 hours of continuous digital talk time or
approximately 160 hours of continuous digital standby
time.
When there are approximately five minutes of talk time left,
the blank battery icon appears, and the warning
message also appears on your screen prompting you to
recharge your battery. The phone sounds an audible alert
every 30 seconds for 3 times and then powers down.
Note:
Long backlight settings,
wallpaper settings,
searching for service,
vibrate mode and
MiniBrowser use affect
the battery’s talk and
standby times.
Tip:
Be sure to charge your
phone’s battery and
watch your indicator to
ensure your levels are
OK.
