Classifying Sprint PCS Web Messages
Your Sprint PCS Phone allows you to classify received
messages into 10 User-defined Folders. If new messages
contain the keyword set by you, they are stored into the
folder. Each folder can store up to 200 messages.
Creating a folder from the folder list display
1.
Press of the Navigation key.

Press .
3.
Highlight
Create Folder
and press .
4.
Enter a folder name from 3 to 13 letters, and press
or (left soft key).

Pressing (left soft key) allows you to save the
folder name.
5.
If you want the message to be filed into the folder
automatically, highlight Auto Filing
and press .

Highlight
On
and press .
7.
Highlight
Keyword
by scrolling down and press .
8.
Enter a keyword from 3 to 15 letters, and press or
(left soft key).
9.
Press (left soft key).
If you want to add a set optional feature to the new folder:
1.
From the step 8 above, scroll down to highlight the
other options, and press .
䊳 Ringer Type
to select the ringer type that sound when
you have the message matching the defined folder.
䊳 Notification
to select displaying the notification to on
or off when you have the message matching the defined
folder.
䊳 Envelope Icon
to select displaying the envelope icon to
on or off when you have the message matching the
defined folder.
2.
After selecting the each setting, press (left soft
key).
Note:
If 10 user-defined
folders exist,
“Create Folder” menu
disappears.
